Lucy has been going to law school for past few years. She hasn't been out partying it up as focused on finishing school and getting job as assistant district attorney. So she decides to let loose with her best friend Henley. Yes Henley is the type of friend who speaks it how it is makes you laugh as the reader but embarrasses you as a friend. Lucy's goal for the night let loose and find a guy to have fun with. Except the night ends up with her not like she was thinking, no name to the good looking mystery man from the bar. Then the next morning she's alone and questioning herself. It's not till she walks into court room a few days later she realizes the good looking man from the bar is Judge Jenner- He is the one who will be handling all the cases that Lucy will bring forward to present to him. Talk about twist of events. Hot looking judge (yes please) but does this throw her off, yes! There is so much angst between Lucy and Judge Jenner but they both know that nothing can happen or both there jobs are in jeopardy. There is so much more to this book but I cant even being to put it all into a review.
